The car rental guy blend us and never took responsibility for the faulty Jeep key. The next day the battery was dead and again it was OUR FAULT(we were told that we left the back door open. We rented a jeep and the second day it wouldn’t start…we were told WE got the key wet which resulted in an additional 40.00 charge. If you have loud screaming children and love LOUDER than LOUD music you may like this property. The pool was filthy with debris and cloudy. The beach area is as big as a postage stamp and was NEVER EVER cleaned up. There are only 3 restaurants with the same lack of concern by the staff…such as simple requests were not met, like request a spoon to stir coffee…it never comes…most times we had to ask repeatedly for what should have been simple requests. The grounds are atrocious, there is a total lack of concern by the staff to maintain whatsoever! We saw the same trash in the same place for 3 days.

Upon check in we were taken to a room that had 2 queen beds(we requested King size), Next room had an overflowed flooded toilet with dirty footprints throughout the room.
